Indiana Legislative Council Announces Interim Study Committee Topics

On June 13, the Indiana General Assembly’s Legislative Council met to assign topics for lawmakers to study during the 2023 legislative interim. The committees will meet during the summer and fall months to take a deep dive into complicated issues ahead of the 2024 legislative session.

This year, Indianapolis will host the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) on Aug.14-16. NCSL is the largest gathering of legislators and legislative staff that provides comprehensive information and policy considerations across all 50 states. Conference information can be found here
